Steel Flatness:  Tension Leveled/Temper Passed 20 I-Unit Critical Flatness Applications.  (Equates to a bead at less than 1/16" crown per 10 feet).

Steel Bead Corrugated Cardboard Box Thickness:  1/4" Thickness Double-Wall BC Flute (Crush Edge Factor 48).  Suggested load limit 100 lbs. total weight.

Steel Bead Corrugated Cardboard Box Markings:  Our Part Number, Size and Foot Length, Piece Count, "This Corner Bead conforms to all known local and federal building codes per ASTM C-1047", A "lead free" RoHS compliant emblem/symbol.

Steel Pallet Packaging:  Wood Pallets must conform to North American Wood Packaging Materials (WPM) regulations with a legible and permanent mark, approved by the IPPC, to certify that wood packaging material has been subjected to an approved treatment (fumigation).

Steel Product Pallet Packaging:  48 boxes per pallet, Eight (8) rows of cartons horizontal by Six (6) columns of cartons vertical. Entire 48 boxes protected by plastic shrink wrap.

Steel Shipment:  20' Foot Container Length.  Product accessible from back door.  15 maximum pallets per single 20' container. Can ship flat bed per request. 

Steel Delivery:  8 to 10 weeks after order confirmation.
